Nestled in the quaint town of Wellington, Rocco's Little Italy combines Old World cuisine with simple, straight-forward recipes with a focus on locally grown ingredients.


Chef John Conklin
Classically trained for over 25 years, John holds a high standard for rustic, eclectic food. Having trained under French tutelage for ten years as well as traveling around North America seeking knowledge and experience from Old World chefs, John has cultivated a mindset of simple, cuisine with a touch of finesse.
